By creating an account or using Viralora you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Viralora.

Viralora provides AI-powered tools to analyze, generate, and schedule short-form content. AI outputs are suggestions only — we don't guarantee that any video, hook, or campaign will go viral, reach a specific audience, or generate income.

We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment providers. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Founding Member / Lifetime access is a one-time purchase that grants access under the terms in effect at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in USD and may change for future billing periods with notice.

You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review your case in good faith. Statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction always apply.

You agree not to use Viralora to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the rules of the platforms you post to.

You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for complying with each social platform's terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or put it at risk.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the service.

Viralora's name, branding, software, and design remain our property and may not be copied or resold.

Viralora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost views arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product and laws evolve. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version.
